All of our jewels are designed by Valerie Danenberg and manufactured in our workshops. The quality control is monitored by Valerie’s expert eye.

Il est préférable de nous rendre visite pour toute révision, service après-vente de votre bijou ou en cas de vice ou défaut caché. Notre gemmologue examinera le bijou afin de déceler s’il s’agit d’une erreur de notre fait. Dans ce cas l’assurance contre vice et défaut caché sera appliquée et nous prendrons en charge la réparation de votre bijou. Cette garantie est valable 2 ans à compter de la découverte du vice caché.

The warranty is subject to 3 conditions. The defect detected must be a hidden defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase, and the defect must render the product unusable or significantly reduce its usefulness. The defect must exist at the time of purchase. Maison Valérie Danenberg may decline its guarantee if the jewel has undergone any operation carried out by another workshop, which would make it impossible to determine the origin of the defect and the date of its discovery.

Dans le cas où votre bijou aurait besoin d’une réparation ou d’une remise en état, qui n’est pas due à un vice ou défaut caché (un choc, une rayure, un polissage, un rhodiage, etc.), elle vous sera facturée selon un devis établi par notre atelier.

Please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed. On receipt, our workshop manager will carry out a survey and draw up an estimate to establish the cost of the service.

Once the estimate has been accepted by the customer, our workshop will repair your jewel and return it to you as soon as possible.

Any jewel from our collection that is in a standard size and not engraved, can be returned and exchanged but not refunded. This service is valid within a 14 days delay as long as it meets the quality control made by the designer.
