All orders come with a one-year guarantee against any hidden fault
All of our jewels are designed by Valerie Danenberg and manufactured in our workshops. The quality control is monitored by Valerie’s expert eye.
It is preferable to visit us for any revision or after-sales service of your jewel or in the event of a hidden defect or fault. Our gemmologist will examine the jewel to determine whether it is a mistake on our part. In this case, the insurance against hidden defects will be applied and we will pay for the repair of your jewel. This guarantee is valid for 2 years from the discovery of the hidden defect, up to a maximum of 20 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty is subject to 3 conditions. The defect detected must be a hidden defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase, and the defect must render the product unusable or significantly reduce its usefulness. The defect must exist at the time of purchase. Maison Valérie Danenberg may decline its guarantee if the jewel has undergone any operation carried out by another workshop, which would make it impossible to determine the origin of the defect and the date of its discovery.
The repair or renovation of your jewel
If your jewel requires to be repaired and it is not due to a hidden issue on our part, but rather to an impact, scratch, dent or other incident occurred while wearing it, you will be charged according to an estimate from our workshop.
Please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed. On receipt, our workshop manager will carry out a survey and draw up an estimate to establish the cost of the service.
Once the estimate has been accepted by the customer, our workshop will repair your jewel and return it to you as soon as possible.
Return
Any jewel from our collection that is in a standard size and not engraved, can be returned and exchanged but not refunded. This service is valid within a 14 days delay as long as it meets the quality control made by the designer.
