The art of gifting

Once you have selected your jewel and placed your order, it will take six to eight weeks for us to create it. As soon as your creation is ready, you will be notified and can make an appointment to collect it, or request that it be sent by post.

If you wish, you can collect your purchase from the boutique. Each piece of jewellery is accompanied by a certificate from the Maison and, where applicable, a certificate from the centre stone. These certificates testify to the authenticity of the components of the model you have purchased and attest to its value. 

If you can't make it to the shop, delivery is free in France and costs €50 within the European Union. You will receive your precious jewel, accompanied by its case, within six weeks.

Once you've recieve your jewellery, the best way to care for it is to clean it once a week using our Cleaning Kit. You can spray our product directly onto the special bamboo brush, then brush inside and out or the ring or bracelet. Rinse with clean water, dry with the cloth provided and your jewellery will shine like new.
