Warranties & after-sales service

For any order, we offer a one-year warranty against defects and hidden flaws. All our jewelry is designed and conceived by the creator and then manufactured in our workshops, under her expert eye as she personally performs the quality control.

It is best to visit us for any overhaul, after-sales service for your piece of jewelry, or in the event of a hidden defect or flaw. Our gemologist will examine the jewelry to determine whether it is an error on our part. In this case, the hidden defect and flaw insurance will apply, and we will cover the repair of your jewelry. This warranty is valid for 2 years from the discovery of the hidden defect.

The implementation of the guarantee is subject to 3 conditions. The detected defect must be a hidden defect, not apparent at the time of purchase. The defect must render the item unusable or severely diminish its use. The defect must exist at the time of purchase. Maison Valérie Danenberg may decline its guarantee if the jewelry has been subjected to any operation performed by another workshop, which would make it impossible to determine the origin of the defect and the date of its discovery.

If your piece of jewelry requires repair or restoration that is not due to a hidden defect or flaw (such as an impact, a scratch, polishing, rhodium plating, etc.), it will be billed to you based on an estimate prepared by our workshop.

We invite you to contact us and we will guide you through the procedure. Upon receipt, our workshop manager will perform an inspection and provide a quote to establish the cost of the service.

Once the quote is approved, our workshop will repair your jewelry and it will be returned to you as soon as possible.

Any piece of jewelry purchased online, from the collection, in a standard size and not engraved, may be returned and exchanged. This is valid within a period of 14 days and subject to a quality control inspection performed by the designer.
