The art of the perfect gift

Once your piece of jewelry is selected and the order placed, you can allow six to eight weeks for manufacturing. As soon as your creation is ready, you will be notified and can make an appointment from Monday to Friday to collect it, or request postal delivery.

If you wish, you have the option to pick up your purchase in-store. Each piece of jewelry comes with its Maison certificate and, where applicable, the certificate for the center stone. These certificates attest to the authenticity of the components of the model you purchased and confirm its value. 

If you cannot visit a boutique, delivery is free in France and costs only €200 within the European Union. You will receive your precious jewel, accompanied by its presentation case, within six weeks.

Once you have collected your piece of jewelry, the best way to care for it is to clean it once a week using our Care Kit. You can spray our product directly onto the special bamboo brush, then brush the outside and inside of your jewelry. Rinse with clean water, dry with the cloth provided for this purpose, and your jewelry will shine brightly.
